Domains

• TXT/CNAME not verified: Double-check DNS, wait 24-48h, use correct values
• Domain already taken: Try a variation or contact support

Payments

• Payment failed: Check card, try again, or use a different card
• Promo code not working: Check spelling/case, valid for plan?

Contact Forms

• Not receiving messages: Check spam, verify email, contact support
• Spam messages: Bizly uses spam protection, but rare spam may occur

Authentication

• Can’t sign in: Reset password, check email spelling, contact support

Publishing

• Changes not live: Click Publish, clear browser cache, check domain verification

Error Messages

• Read the message carefully—most include a fix
